A controlled carb eating plan will certainly affect your physiology and your system’s balance. You are well aware of your eating pattern and habits before you decided to try a low carb diet plan. Regardless of your good intentions to start a diet, you need to search your soul and try to find the answer within to one critical question; “Am I willing to make a permanent change in my eating habits?” If the answer is not a resounding “YES”, then it will not matter what diet you select. Without this steadfast commitment to dietary change, any weight loss will be short-lived. This is the time to suck it up and decide to change your life, and health, for the better.
